Now that I’m done traveling back and forth between here and Oregon for a few weeks I will be back to posting outfits :) Starting… TOMORROW! 

We took Riley to the movies today for the first time… sooo I wore something simple and easy. All J. Crew. I like J. Crew because all of their pieces fit so nicely together with little to no effort. 

 Ick. The color in photoshop looked really good but on here it looks like poo!

First outfit I’m documenting! Its not that exciting but I have to start somewhere…  This is what I wore to check out some art last night! Got the awesome vintage shirt from my beautiful friend over at Purple Deer Vintage for modeling for her. Yea, I modeled for her etsy shop… Eee. Obsessed with this shirt but for some reason had yet to put it on. Its a new staple. I also pulled out my awesome gold shoes which I didn’t get a shot of because I was rushing out the door to get into the city.  Thanks to Leif for making this picture possible :)! [yes, that’s my apartment door… and how did I come to live in an apartment again?! another story for another time… I just keep telling myself “saving money!”]

rules.

  • i cannot buy ANY new clothes (brand new & used) 
  • i can buy a rain jacket since i just moved to Portland and it rains pretty often
  • everyday I need to attempt to wear a piece of clothing I’ve only worn once or have never worn. I have a lot of things like that in my closet… 

I’m excited about this. Its forcing me out of my comfort zone of mainly moccasins, jeans and t’s. My husband seriously buys me the cutest clothes (yes, my husband) and I don’t think I utilize them the way I should. I also think saving money is always a plus!  

YAY can’t wait to share!
